Currently studying in London on the MA Art and Science course at Univerity of the Arts, London, Holly Moore is a North Yorkshire based photographer.
Her work has a strong focus on narrative, and elements of construction are always present in her photography in the form of collage, set builds or photo-manipulation.
A lot of her work relies on the individual interpretation of the viewer. This comes from a fascination with the fact that every time we interpret presented imagery, we see it through a subconscious lens of our accumulative past experiences, bringing them into our interpretation of what it is that we’re seeing.
She is inspired by storytelling, space and the suburban environment at night, and the mystery and intrigue that is often found there.
